It’s hard to sit in class and learn about different things when you feel like you have a hole in your heart and your head is full of static.
Constant news about terror attacks and mass shootings can be very upsetting. You don't have to be tuned in 24/7 to be informed.
Reaching out and acknowledging the loss of others is the greatest gift we can give them.
Every time the pain threatens to seep through the beauty, remember that only by keeping the light in perspective, can we expel the darkness.
Don't let this holiday hurt your mental health.
