Music means a lot to me and has played a very important role in my life for years. The biggest impact music has had on me is it giving me hope during my darkest moments when I needed it the most. I have a playlist on my iPod that is filled with songs that give me hope when I’m not feeling great. They remind me that I’m not alone and that things will get better. I wanted to share some of those songs with you.

“It’s just a spark, but it’s enough to keep me going.”
